Foss Drug Historic Store in Golden is such a gem! Established in 1913, it’s one of my favorite locally owned shops in Golden, Colorado. They have an incredible selection of wines, spirits, and unique local products you won’t find just anywhere. I love that they carry local ground beef, locally made ice cream, fresh chips and salsa, snacks, and so many thoughtfully curated Colorado products. Whether you’re grabbing ingredients for dinner, picking up a great bottle of wine, or looking for the perfect last-minute gift, Foss always has something special. The staff is friendly, the selection is fantastic, and it’s the kind of historic local business that makes Golden so special. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful small business—five stars!

A small liquor store with a nice vibe, homey feel, friendly staff, and a warm dark colored wood interior. It's a place where people wander in off the street and browse. First off, I only stopped in for a bottle of water, while showing some friends around from out of town. That said, it had a surprising variety of liquors. Checking out was a little slow but that is understood when the employees are giving good information and taking time with the customer, a trade off. I'd rather take time paying and getting my questions answered. Prices were standard for the tourist traffic for area. Cheers.

Best spot around for local beers and spirits. Also a great section of bourbon and lesser known brands in general. A real treat of a bottle shop!

Great mead selection and kind helpful staff! Thank you! We will be back!!

Orgasmic Snack Selection. Knowledgeable staff for various liquor types and makes, Gin and Whiskey to name a few. Decent Whiskey selection for small store. Local liquor specialties sold here. They make you feel respected welcomed and free of bias no matter what. The type of treatment all businesses can aspire to. Last liquor store in the vicinity. Locals are regaled! Beer Price is not competitive :( , but selection showcases our local brewers well with small sides of international choices :) !
