Very welcoming, friendly staff, and what made the perfect visit was the store had exactly what I was shopping for because I couldn't find these in Wyoming...!!!

I don't understand why they're shutting down their register 15 minutes early I left work early to get there before they closed and they were already closed 15 minutes early this is ridiculous I am upset I am so mad If there was somewhere else to buy my tobacco in town I would go to it very very very very very very very very very upset customer!!!!!!!!

Called 3 , 4 other tobacco shops . Didn't have what i was after . This place did . Awesome little ma n pops place ! Thank you !

Stopped in yesterday to grab some smokes when I walked in the door I was hey how are you today and the person working literally ignored my existence. Didn't say a word to me until it was time for the total. Gave me total and what I bought and that was it. No customer service skills at all. When someone is asking you how your day is maybe some sort of response would be nice. Stopped going here because of rude people and will not go back. Not to mention I can get what I bought cheaper closer to my home anyway.

It is just another smoke shop. They carry cigars as well. Ive asked several times if they can order a certain type of cigar, they say they will but every time I've gone in there they have not ordered them and say they don't even remember me asking. The cigars are apart of smoker friendly's order catalog, they can order them as they are corporate approved. The guy behind the counter was a snot. Quite rude. I will not be shopping there again.
