This has been my regular store for three years, used to love the vibe here but recently they have a new staff roster and man I've never felt more unwelcome. Dark haired guy currently in charge (maybe) isn't very nice. Prices are still good for Greeley but Im def gonna drive across town to the other one or do bear necessities if I need something close by. Ladies that used to work there I hope you're having a great day wherever you are, hope the atmosphere here gets better soon

I had a strange experience in here the other night as a first (and definitely last) time customer. I called about a Pax Era pen (I said the $20 one over the phone), and they eventually said yes they have found their ONE in stock and I can come buy it. I got there to buy it and it rang up as a Pax Era Pro for over $70 lol I was already there and I’m sick of searching for this dumb pen so I agreed to buy it. The guy began telling me their return and refund policy right off the bat which, I guess makes sense, but in hindsight it makes more sense. They 100000% knew they were selling me a bad vape pen and expected to just keep my $ and never see me again. I paid with a cash $100 bill and of course did not get my receipt. The pax pen that I bought did not work. It was not sealed properly, definitely opened and possibly even returned before I bought it. What’s funny is I even tipped $5 extra cuz I like to be friendly but I feel like I was taken advantage of and lowkey embarrassed by the staff here - mainly the male with short hair, the girl was nice but is the one who didn’t give me a receipt from my cash purchase. So of course I go to return the clearly defective pen for… you guessed it… store credit! I feel like this pen should not have been on the shelf, or sold to anyone at all. I should have been offered a proper refund but ultimately I shouldn’t have gone in there at all, or bought the clearly unsealed and opened product for over $70, that was my bad.

Adrian was extremely rude and even started to argue with me when I asked her for her name. I came from out of town for the 420 sale and I was told I could come in after midnight, it wasn't the fact that she couldn't honor the sale it was just in the manner that she spoke to me. Everyone else whom I have encountered at this location is friendly and fun to purchase from. I was walking out of the store after asking her for her name and she followed behind me saying yeah I go ahead and tell them I wouldn't see to you because you don't have an ID. I couldn't even believe that had to defend myself for asking for her name.

By far the best vape shop in Greeley. The staff is excellent no matter who is working. They even have really great loyalty program on top of the low prices. I refuse to go anywhere else since I found this shop.

Hands down the best shop anywhere, full stop. They will help you out if you break your new rig and they have killer raffles. They will special order things for you as well.
