Rarely open when they say they will be. Very disappointing. Many times it's been locked when they say they should be open. Same with the liquor store next store... Arrived at 1120 am. Still not open. Waited around for about 22 min still no sign of anyone. The store next store is closed as well... Hmm. Finally leaving at 1142am.

This place sucks! They will literally let you buy nitrous with no ID, I got denied buying a torch because my app wouldn't load (I am very clearly over the age of 21). They sell illegal products and I will be reporting them. Petty=petty.

Rude customer service and a CHILD is watching the store while the father sells liquor next store, I watched a woman have an issue with her vape when I was just coming to complain about mine and he wouldn't even sell her a new one after she got a faulty vape like I did. Im just not comming here anymore there is a very nice vape shop on 72nd ! If they sell you a faulty vape they replace it and make you try it before leaving the store! This man is extremely unprofessional I watched him and the poor girl yell back and forth before I drove off id rather drive the extra bit and get a WORKING vape from a reputable source than a store that refuses to ensure quality and customer service. I didnt even want to step in I got to go to work and I dont want to spend 100$ to possibly gat maybe 1 out of 2 vape that will work from this establishment.

I’ve read some of the reviews for this store and wanted to share my own experience. The family who runs it owns two businesses, which is worth taking into consideration. Every time I’ve shopped here, they’ve been pleasant and helpful, and I’ve always been treated with respect. In my experience, interactions here are largely shaped by how customers approach the staff. Their prices are reasonable, and they usually have what I’m looking for. On the rare occasion they don’t, they’re willing to order it. As for opening times, it appears the vape shop opens when the liquor store opens, which may explain some of the confusion mentioned in other reviews. Overall, I’ve had consistently positive experiences and will continue to support this business—not only because it’s a neighborhood store, but because they value respectful, mutually positive customer relationships.

First there's a minor watching the store, I bought two tapes both broken and when I tried exchanging it in store after JUST purchasing them the man who came in had a whole attitude saying he can smell it when I cant even get a hit out of the vape. Watched a girl get mad at the same issue and he wouldn't even let her biy another one.
