First time customer and was cutting it close to getting to the store before they closed. I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming and also to have a product ready to speed up the process, not to keep them later than necessary. I showed up minutes before close, Josh had the product I had called about ready for me like he said he would. Although it was a short interaction, I can say that not only Josh, but River as well, were awesome. To be kind and welcoming minutes before closing time is a customer service trade that is very rare and you can tell that they were being genuine. Experiences like I just had is what turns a first time shopper, into a loyal customer. I will definitely be back! Oh yeah and want to say that the store was extremely clean, modern looking, and they got seemingly just about everything.
