DO NOT SHOP HERE ! They will sell you broken glass and then refuse to resolve the issue. I took only 10 steps out the door before i see a HUGE crack, i walk right back in and inform her the glass is cracked you need to fix this for me because obviously this was broken and not my fault. She informs me that because i walked out the door that there was nothing she could do about it. I thought she was joking at first. She informs me that this is her job and she will have to pay out of her pocket and get in trouble if she was to refund me or allow me to switch one out for another thats not cracked. And since its a family owned business she cannot exchange anything after it has gone out the door. I said your going to knowingly sell broken products to your customers and since i did not see the damage until 7 seconds after i was out the door. Which clearly proves it was already damaged before hand you still refuse to fix this. She said il possibly give you a discount on another item. I said i dont want to buy another item i want the one paid $50 for to not be broken when you sell it to me. I told her i live nearby and since i had purchased $40 of items the day before that i would no longer be a customer if she refused to fix the problem. She said there is nothing she can do. Then i asked her can you just switch it out for something thats not broken please. I pleaded with her please dont let me waste $50 here today when you know it was not my fault. She then handed me a $30 unit from the shelf with flowers inside it (as she grabs it off the shelf she slams it into the peice above and a hear a loud crack) I took my losses and left after checking for cracks in the one she gave me, must have been the other one that took the damage from her careless handling of the items. At least i got something that was not broken. It had flowers in it and thats totally my style how did she know? Like im a 38 year old guy who is now rocking the flower peice. At least its not broken. But yeah if you want to get ripped off, and deal with someone who is VERY rude with the music up so loud you can bearly think. Which i think is how they get you. Play music so loud that only when you leave the store and the blaring rock music subsides that you can properly think and look the item over then its too late you already took a couple steps out. That's how they treat their customers, they sell you defective merch and blare music up so loud that your dying to get away from it so you can function and think. And by then when the crack appears in your visual cortex, there is nothing they can do you walked out the door remember? STAY AWAY if you value a business that treats and handles customers with respect and ensures that their mistakes dont come out of your wallet. In all my reviews i literally wish i could give negative stars on this one. Super Smoke Shop? Should rename it to the Super Faux Shop because when you leave your gonna spend your money and have nothing but broken stuff to smoke with.

Highly recommended if in Lakewood Colorado area great rates. Just remember if you buy from local artists there on consignment and he said shops it may cost a little bit more but you're actually helping support the artist.

They didnt have what i was Looking for, but i liked their selection of hookas and cbd stuff. I wasnt too impressed with their pipe collection, but are a decent small head shop if you need something. Still, id like a bigger selection of cigarette options like a smoker friendly with a name such as theirs.
