I shopped here three times every time I’ve purchased something from there each time I spent $30 or more they never once mentioned to me that they have a rewards program. I had to ask them myself if they did which come to find out they do so I had to sign myself up. That would have been nice to know the first time I went in there, so those prior three purchases could’ve gotten me points because I planned on continuing to shop at the store

I figured as a vape store, they would have the vape I wanted, and while they had a good selection, they did not have the strawberry watermelon Geek Bar I absolutely love. Maybe next time. I got the Pink & Blue one instead, it's not bad.

Kodi is very helpful in every way! Highly recommend this shop! A follow up to my first review..... Again, Kodi is very helpful and knowledgeable, as is DJ. I wasn't quite happy with the vape I originally purchased. They were very understanding and helped me understanding the things I don't know. Kodi switched me to a different product, showed me how to use it, and all of this was accompanied with good conversation and compassion. They did not have to do what they did, but they went above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommend and grateful to have a local business that cares. THANK YOU!!

Everyone in the store is just awesome. They get you what you want and they focus on one customer at a time. If you're in a rush and no line you can be in and out, but if you're like me you want to get opinions and suggestions. They do their best and take your flavor preferences into account. They'll take great care of you!

Went into Hype today for some more juice and asked about a new pod for my vape unit. The staff member and owner identified that I was mistakenly given the wrong type of coils for my unit which was causing some problems. They cleaned it up, gave me the proper coils and a complementary new pod on account of a previous employee making an honest mistake in giving me the wrong coils. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!
