Mikayla was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I had a great experience. She answered all my questions, made great recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she actually cares about helping customers find what works best for them rather than just making a sale. Her professionalism and personality really stood out, and she made the entire dispensary experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Michaela if you visit. She’s a huge asset to the dispensary!

I honestly just can’t stand coming into this place anymore. There is a manager or something that seems to bug all the employees about getting reviews and I’m asked everytime I come in to leave a review and it’s so annoying. I’ll leave a review when I get good service and that is why I’m leaving this review. Nico helped me out yesterday and he was so great. Very kind and knowledgeable about all of the strains they carry and helped me pick out what I needed. It was very nice. Thanks Nico

Maddy was awesome! She not only helped me with my transaction but also was super down to educate me about different doses for certain products for my next purchase! Super patient woman and she was very sweet. This location of NR is my favorite every single time💜

Tender was lovely and helpful (Amy? On my receipt it looks like “Apny”), however, I specifically said I was looking for a .510 cartridge, NOT a disposable vape. In her defense, the box says “Sunshine disposable cart,” but it’s actually a disposable pen. Why is it being called a cartridge?? I even clarified when I saw the size of the box - “are you sure this is just the cartridge and not the complete vape?” I was told yes. Again, I’m assuming she didn’t know. Great selection, great prices.

I just wanted to say that every time I come in, everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and positive. The atmosphere here always feels comfortable, and the staff genuinely make customers feel appreciated. Halie was especially kind and helpful, and I really appreciate the great customer service. It’s honestly become one of my favorite places to come to, and I’ll definitely continue being a returning customer. Thank you guys for always being awesome!
