I made the mistake of purchasing from a different retailer, I had questions regarding the product that the retailer I bought from couldn't answer. I asked the counter person at the Vault, who not only knew the answers but was kind enough to fix it. Very knowledgeable and welcoming personnel. The Vape Vault diagnosed the problem quickly as a burnt out coil. Great experience Lesson learned. I am very grateful for my issue being resolved. I'll never go anywhere else from now on.
