I purchased a vape from this store yesterday, and it turned out to be defective. Shortly after buying it, the device malfunctioned and essentially blew up in my face. When I returned to the store seeking a replacement or refund, the employee refused to help. During the original purchase, they took a photo of my ID from my phone because I’m from Washington, and had lost my ID. When I came back, the employee claimed he had never seen me before and would not honor my request for a replacement or refund even though he said he would on the phone. The interaction was unprofessional, and I left feeling like my concerns about a potentially dangerous defective product were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Shop somewhere else. Inventory sucks. They sell several accessories (such as tanks) but never have replacement parts for them (often lacking proper coils/glass if anything breaks). Battery selection is weak, often not stocking batteries for mods they sell. Known customer favorites (such as juice flavors) are often not in stock for months at a time. Been shopping here for a year and a half and often leave empty handed, forced to go to another shop. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to Vapez in Parker several times and every visit has been great. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Jake, who has been there for years and is almost always in the shop, is always incredibly helpful. He takes the time to answer my questions, he is very patient, and more importantly, the reason I’m taking the time to write this review is that he made me feel like a guest, not just a customer. He’s down to earth and walked me through all the different options for what I was looking for. While I was thinking about what I wanted, another customer came in and he was just as patient and professional with them. He balanced helping both of us with ease and made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The store has a wide variety of products and he made it simple to find exactly what I was looking for. This is why I don’t go anywhere else and why I stopped to write this review. Vapez in Parker is one of the best vape shops I’ve visited and I highly recommend stopping in.

These guys are the best in the Parker Area. Been going to Perfect Alternatives for 2 years and their selection is limited and their prices are 2.5x online prices. These guys at Vapez have a killer selection and nearly online prices. Check out this wall of options.

I used to love vapez Parker, I had been shopping with them a long time… lately it’s been going downhill. Their stock is less and less and less and I went in today to buy 2 COILS and some juice. I couldn’t really see behind the counter of what the man was grabbing I just assumed since I asked for 2 coils that I’d be getting two coils, he kept them and we walked to the front where you can’t really see behind the register either. I thought my total was a bit high but I knew what I had asked for so I trusted it and prices are sky rocketing. He promptly and directly put my items into a small dark purple bag. When I got home I went to get my 2 coils and juice and to my surprise there was two full boxes of coils (10 total) so I call the man who sold them to me and explained that I asked for 2 coils, not two boxes of coils. (These things aren’t cheap) I was basically met with “sorry I can’t help you, we don’t do refunds” by him and the owner of the store. I’ve spend thousands and thousands of dollars in this store and with coils you can clearly tell if they are new or tampered with cause they are all individually sealed with foil. The worker makes a mistake and they will not make it right for their loyal customers. I’d say stay away from this place, your better off going to smoking budda where they actually care about their customers and customer service.
