My wife went in 12/17/25. The Indian gentleman Sold her a "rechargeable" vape. Come to find out all he did was sell her a ((((POD)))) but with (No battery). Spoke to several smoke shops claiming pods are no More than ($20 dollars). When you purchase a battery with a pod it's around ($32 to $35) with a BATTERY. 12/18/25 my wife goes in to speak to the India gentleman and explain to him what's going on with the vape. The Indian gentleman ends up opening another package with a battery and pod. My wife mentions to him...... well can I at least get a (battery) or (something corrected here),BECAUSE YOU SOLD ME JUST A POD...... 'obviously the gentleman who sold the product has no idea what he is selling because he owes my wife a (battery)'......... He says sorry no can do store policy. At this point my wife is just dumb founded with him and walks out. She has no box because they make you open it in the store to test the product, I'm sure she's on camera speaking with the gentleman about the vape, opening and testing. She mentioned the box hers came in was (smaller) THAN THE BOX THE GENTLE HAD OPENED With A BATTERY IN IT. She mentioned He then opened a bigger looking box of the "OFF stamp crystal cube box vape with a (battery on it).......My wife then tried to explain to him that he sold her the wrong thing and he still didn't understand that he owes my wife a (BATTERY)🤦🤦🤦. What a RIP OFF Ill be visiting to see if he fixes his misunderstanding. (Update they do not know the product they sale.) I purchased a """""""battery and Pod online for $25 after shipping through the main supplier.""""""""" If you actually read my review you would understand"OKEY" You're worker sold me a Pod thinking it was a (kit). We went back in to correct this and no sorry, no can do...(Store policy) Basically sold me a faulty product because it doesn't work without a battery. I Ordered a "Kit" and it was cheaper online after shipping. We are in Thorton not Denver 👍 $22+$6 for shipping and tax. These vapes aren't even more than $30 online after shipping. The clerk working sold me just a ((pod)) for the price of a (kit)🤦 he claimed the vape he sold me was re chargeable possibly thinking this one had a battery in it. We went in trying to fix the mistake but I he was just trying to sell me a product I already purchased basically but I was only given a pod.
