Came in here with my boyfriend & I didn't catch the guy's name who works evenings but he's "helped" us more than once to upsell the sale with totally irrelevant items that we didn't actually want/can't use & they don't take returns. I We are new to vaping. We don't know what we're doing/ buying, hence why we go to the store to get some help rather than buying online. I guess that's our bad for trusting the prior good Google reviews & based on that, believing that whoever was working at least had the expertise on the products they sell to be able to help us find what we told him we were looking for. That's why I'm writing this now. We've wasted probably close to $200 now on vape devices that were either defective or we were totally sold the wrong items than what we were looking for. I don't know about you but I work hard for my money and $200 is a lot of money to just pour down the drain for me. A couple days ago we went in there at night. We told him we were looking for a vape device that wasn't the disposable kind; a reusable one that we could put our own vape juice of our choice into or mix&match if we wanted. Like I said we are beginners, we don't know the lingo or the product names very well. We told him exactly what we wanted & instead of selling us that, he sold us what I guess is a wax electric "nectar collector" type of thing that apparently doesn't take vape juice at all, which we only found out after trying to use it with vape juice as instructed. We put the juice in the magnetic glass dome piece that covers the thing that gets the wax hot, and not only was this expensive device NOT what we wanted/asked for, but now it seems ruined after doing what was instructed by the salesperson. On top of that he upsold us some vape juice that we wanted/specifically bought for use with our new vape pen. So now we can't use either product. The first time I had a bad encounter with the same guy, I purchased a vape device that I was told included everything, but he didn't inform me that the battery was really expensive and NOT included with the vape itself, which I didn't find out until later after I got home looking forward to using my new vape & ended up extremely disappointed. I figured that if you work at that store, and there's no returns on items that are pretty expensive, you should probably at least know basic info about the most expensive products you carry. That shouldn't be too much to expect, right?

Last week with by some I was so pracie of Price the Vape shop. . Good cu customer service. The place has the pace very clean.same give me good service.

Just had an amazing experience here thanks to Len! I barely made it in right before close and he was still so kind about helping me he actually went above and beyond helping me! I will definitely be coming back
