The only place I will go to buy any type of glass and incense. All the employees are so nice and have the best customer service at any shop I have gone too. Also they have the best prices here in Colorado! Would give them 10/10 stars if I could. 😌

It looks like it's going to be a great Vape pipe & tobacco store. It had just recently opened the night my husband and I went and was literally still under construction inside. It had plastic hanging and covering up windows and part of the store but they were open for business. They were so excited that when I walked in and asked them about a certain type of water pipe that I was looking for with multiple attachments and a certain price range that I wanted to stay in, the young preppy fresh out of college fraternity boy who partied his way thru majoring in a business degree clearly talked somebody into funding his favorite thing to do in college but that's all he and the other employees knew how to do is smoke out of their inventory because they didn't know squat about the pipes. They just smiled, handed you a more expensive one than you wanted or could afford and rang it up and sent you on your way. God forbid you ask them an actual question about it. The following night my husband went back and bought something else in addition to what he bought me the night before but this was electric and more complicated and used for smoking Live Rosin, Resin, Shatter etc. and much more expensive he pointed to one asked a question and the kid grabbed it rang it up and made sure the directions were in it and sent him out the door after he charged him $250 for the new PUFFCO pipe without giving him a demonstration in the store. My husband has never had or smoked one before. Thank you very much it lasted a week and Live Rosin is one of my favorites to smoke. It's so dirty and I refuse to clean it because the kid working at the store should have gone over everything with him before selling it to him instead of just making the sale.

Love this place!! Always kind and they remember what I like. Makes it more welcoming!!!

People are super friendly, prices are right, but for some apparently inexplicable reason they find it impossible to stock the only thing im looking for, Turkish Royals. I've mentioned to three separate clerks how annoying it is when I check three times a week and they never have them. Apparently inventory is a hard concept to grasp. Go literally anywhere else unless you want some glass.
