The guy working there was super helpful and knowledgeable! I came in for a simple coil and he told me about how theres a better version and MAN HE WAS RIGHT!! Everytime I come in they are the best! 10/10 head shop and I’ve been to countless.

I've been a loyal customer at Mile High Pipe and Tobacco for over 7 years - I was there when this location first opened and I live just a mile away. For context, Mile High has multiple locations across Denver, and this is their newest store. I LOVE this place - I go there all the time, everyone is normally incredibly nice and helpful, they hook me up, and in 7 years I have NEVER experienced anything like what happened today. On Sunday, Kenny's granddaughter Bella was working. I asked if I could check if a piece would fit my rig. She handed it to me but immediately snapped "I need that back" in the rudest tone. When I asked what she thought I was going to do - run out with it - she said they'd had theft issues. I reminded her I'm there almost DAILY and know everyone, but she still refused to sell it to me. It honestly felt like she hated me just because I was happy. After 7+ years of loyalty and living down the street, being treated like a criminal by someone who clearly doesn't want to work there is insulting. I called the Wheat Ridge location (not the one on the frontage road) and spoke with Blake, who was professional, receptive, and actually wanted to help me out - so that's where I'll be going from now on. Funny enough, the Wheat Ridge location also has one of Kenny's granddaughters working there, but she's a completely different person. Fair warning: Do NOT go to THIS location on Sundays. That girl is mean and clearly doesn't want to be there. and I do know if she probably would lose some weight she'd probably be a happier person And Kenny, if nepotism is how you want to run your company - keeping family on staff regardless of how they treat the customers who built this place - then this is the business you're going to get. It's sad to see what such a good store has turned into on Sundays. peace and love to everyone

This place is an absolute hidden gem! Massive stock of glass and the prices are phenomenal. The gentleman working at the time was also very helpful and kind he helped me find a new bong I liked at the price I liked. They have everything from local artists to RooR glass so definitely swing by here the next time you need a new piece!

Not only can you find everything that you're looking for in one place, the selection is plentiful full, and the customer service is top tier. I have been here twice and the staff is so kind and helpful. They give the best suggestions on whats best, simple, and not just to make money. It's nice to have a nice down to earth chat while you explore their beautiful collection. Thank you guys for welcoming this gal to the neighborhood. I have found my new local glass store!

Bella has always been the most helpful and friendly employee! Everytime I go in she is knowledgeable, kind, and gets me what I need as soon as possible! I have seen her help disruptive and rude customers with ease and professionalism which is not an easy thing to do so I found that impressive! I saw her handle a particularly difficult customer while I was in the store whom has also left a review and I wanted to make sure she got the positive recognition she deserves!
