After giving a good review, thinking that we were getting a good deal. And learning very quickly, that that was not the case. We are out a few hundred dollars, and they will not rectify the situation. Tell me how I went to redstar vape and got a legend three vape, for $89. New to the vaping community, I made this my first stop without the knowledge. That's my bad, never again. Paid a hundred and thirty dollars with a small discount on a legend, two. Then paid. I believe it was sixty dollars for an H-45.This should've been in the thirties. Called the guy and asked him to rectify the situation and he will not. He will not return. The devices will not give us in store credit for other items. So ultimately, we bought a smock morph three and a legend 3 for less then 200.00 and my husband got the smok TF18 for twenty five bucks versus fifty something dollars. In this whole process, my husband and I spent close to a grand to get started when it shouldn't have been more than two hundred and fifty. SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Red Star Vape in Englewood especially if you're a beginner switching from cigarettes, the guy took two hours of his time to explain to us the ins and outs set up the new devices an even he told us that we got ripped off majorly and as I stopped at a few other shops to get vape juice which that were closer learned even then, were ripped off.
