You can never plan to go to this store. I try to go at least 1-2 hours after they’re supposed to open or before they’re supposed to close, but they’ve only been open less than half of those times. If you’re getting off the bus to visit like I am, this is cold and annoying and a giant waste of your time. I will never go here unless I’m driving and notice the open sign is on. The Granby store of the same name but different management is reliable and I’ll drive there. But if you’re on the bus or walking, in my experience trying to visit here is more likely than not a waste of your time. You definitely can’t count on it. Only giving 2 stars cuz their prices are good the few times I’ve managed to make it in

I think this location has shut down, there's a sign in the window saying they got evicted. Not sure if the business has moved or is just gone but the lights are off and no one is home

They are never open on time. Good luck trying to hit this place if you have a limited time schedule. Been without vape juice now for 2 days and I'm just going to go back to cigarettes because this is the only place in town and they either are never open or they open way past the times I can actually be there. Prices aren't bad if they actually show up!

Jenni has always been amazing and makes my experience everytime so enjoyable. Today I caught her right at closing and even though it was inconvenient for her... She went out of her way to make sure I was able to get what I needed and was super friendly through everything. Not often you get that kind of service and it makes me want to go back just because of her!
