Been coming here for a while now for vapes. Usually have an okay typical experience. Today, I urgently had to use the bathroom.
I WANT TO BE EXPLICITLY CLEAR - my problem is not the denial of the bathroom but how I was spoken to as a disabled person.
The older brunette cashier stated, “instead of standing here asking me, you could already be at Safeway” very rudely.
While they won’t miss my money, I want to let others know their customer service sucks.
Picture to show that indeed walking to Safeway does take longer than asking a simple freaking question.
Thankfully a kind, closer business let me use theirs.

We have never been to this location even though we have walked by it at least 100 times while going to other shops in this shopping area. My husband wanted some cigars and to support local business. Came in here- the shop is so well organized and VERY neat and clean! Christina greeted me as we entered the cigar area. She even helped with picking out a few cigars and getting some free ones for me due to the amount I was purchasing. The shop has a rewards program as well as a bonus program where if you spend 60.00 you get a 9.99 cigar free! What a great bonus! I made 3 transactions on my first visit and set up a rewards account. Christina was so patient and made sure that I was able to apply savings where I could for all my purchases. She was efficient, professional, and friendly! We will definitely be back here!

Tammy lacks customer service. I really enjoy the other older lady (mainly why I was coming in). I managed a smoke shop for 3 years and made a suggestion on having their policy on vapes, where everyone can read it. I understand it’s non-refundable, but no need to have an attitude about it. Make it clear for everyone to avoid potential issues. Especially when she said she didn’t even know the policy to the customer before me, which I overheard.
