First time going to this shop and I was impressed how big and nice it was because it looked small from the street. I went in not knowing what I wanted and the gentleman working spent like 10 minutes explaining and giving prices which means alot, and he didn't try and upsell I left happy and with a points card for free carts. If your in Branford definitely try this place it's worth it

I used to go to Puffoo City in Branford for ALL of my vaping purchases. I bought an expensive vape and would purchase the "juice" there always. At first I would receive excellent customer service there with Lee. We would talk and he would answer any questions that I had regarding vaping products and other merchandise. I liked him so much that I sent my housemates there as well and they liked Lee too. I went there quite frequently as did my housemates. The last couple times that I went there Lee was quite dismissive and I couldn't get any answers to questions that I had. He was moody and it seemed like he was annoyed and that I was disrupting him and I couldn't get any answers regarding the products that I was interested in purchasing. I could perhaps understand if there were customers in the store, but I was the only customer there. When he treated me like that the second time I decided that I would not be going back there. I have been going to E-Six vape store right up the road instead. Ironically, my housemates have stopped going there as well for the exact same reason I had stopped going there. To the owner, you may want to address Lee's nasty attitude towards customers. If you are looking for a hard working individual who knows how to keep customers happy and who knows how to promote the products in your store, you can contact me. Lee is not customer service or customer satisfaction driven.
