I recently started making my own cigarette and went to by cigarette tobaco. I got home and opened the bag. The tobacco was old and dry, turning to powder as soon as I putit in my machine. I went back to the store and was told that I could not get a refund or exchange it for another bag. The best he could do is give me a discount on another bag. I bought another bag, the owner insured me was good. The second bag was not much better than the first one. I will never go back to that store. Their customer service sucks.

Went here to grab a box of tubes and tabacco. Get a bag and a box for $30 which is more than I normally pay but okay not a big deal. I open this bag and the tobacco is so stale I'd say I've seen fresher game dutches. Definitely won't be going back here for anything smoke related again. So much for trying to save money when I already lost $25 to this shitty stale bag of tobacco

They have a return policy advising you cannot return an opened item, however when I went I was offered an open item to purchase and also noticed various products opened in the display case as well. I am not sure how people are able to return items unopened if they purchase them already opened. Please ensure when you sell items they are unopened based on your return/exchange policy. Despite having a malfunctioning item I was not able to return or exchange it even though I was willing to exchange it for a higher priced product after this being the smoke shop I have only gone to for the last 2 months and spent hundreds of dollars. Very disappointed. Went to the other location down the road after I was told I could bring the item in and have it checked for an exchange. Wasted my time going there to again be told there is nothing we can do other than offering me 30% off another item. I am not going to buy another item at 30% off when I have spent money that you won't let me exchange. I was honestly ready to spend about 200$ on a different item in exchange for the 40$ item I purchased. I will buy a different model elsewhere.

I would give it five stars except that I can sometimes find my choice/brand of vape juice but mostly have to settle.. That's no 5 Star issue, but what I don't like is being ID'd. Growing to in the 80s it was assumed we would be treated like adults in our 50s. But the place is decent and they have all the things you might hope to find- is not some cigarette store that sells knock off puff pens, it's a real deal boutique and a five star one other than that one thing...

Prices are great, helpful wonderful staff. My only complaint is that lately they don't have the product I like. That's very frustrating and I think they should do .ore to stock up or find out why you can't get your product. Thought I found the store I needed..but not yet...
