I recently quit smoking and started vaping. Trying to get any help or instruction in vape shops was impossible. Until this shop and Dale is wonderful! I think that was his name. Explained everything and took his time. Helped pick out the right kind of product. The selection beats every place I've been. I can't say enough good things about this shop! So impressed with the service, selection, prices, knowledge and wonderful staff! I am in NYC but I will make the trip for this store and the great staff person who helped me today - and this is now the only place I will buy vape supplies from going forward. I've been asking for help and seeking selection for weeks and finally found old fashioned customer service and a great shop!

Good service. Helpful recommendations on mod power and new pieces/substitutions. Got a new drag mod, on sale fluids dual mesh v12 coil. We had a relatively calm and relaxing experience. I'm trying new juice below for $15 but the coils could come down a dollar from 6$ ish imo.

I've been a regular here going on 2 years. This place is absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is always extremely professional and helpful but Rob especially has time and time again gone above and beyond with incredible customer service. He's always quick to remember my usual purchases as I walk through the door and he always has a smile and provides excellent service with a great positive attitude. I cannot recommend this specific store enough. Keep up the great work guys!

I love this shop. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable, & helpful. The only thing that upsets me is whenever the older gentleman is working he shuts down early. Normally it's just a few minutes but today it was 3hrs early on a Saturday when we're supposed to get bad snow overnight.
it's super frustrating because you expect a business to follow their hours. other than that, all the product is top notch and the staff knows their ish.
