I stopped by this place while traveling. Great selection of quality brands at reasonable prices. Humidors were organized and well-maintained. There is a members-only lounge, but non-members can sit in if they spend a certain amount on cigars, which I did for the occasion. The lounge was spacious, well-ventilated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Well worth the time and the purchase. Behind the counter I met Darylyn who was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the inventory. She made the place welcoming to a stranger in town. It is rare to encounter someone with that kind of old school customer service and courtesy these days.

What a wonderful experience! Celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, my hubby and I enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Thank you Darrylyn, Kevin, your staff, & even the other patrons that made us feel at home! Your knowledge, hospitality, and relaxing environment were key ingredients to jump start our celebration. I highly recommend The Cigar Republic for anyone who is purchasing cigars for themself or as a gift. I visited the shop as a novice buying gifts for my boyfriend and I’m so glad I chose this location. Darylyn and Kevin were so friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend Cigar Republic highly enough. The manager, Darylyn, is personable, friendly, super knowledgeable, kind, generous, charming, and a pleasure to do business with. She is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is upscale and all class without any pretentiousness. The selection is second to none and the prices are fantastic. I travel almost 30 minutes from the New York/Connecticut border each way just to shop there. What should be even more telling is that there is a cigar lounge/retailer located immediately next to my office and yet I go to the Cigar Republic for my cigars. Congratulations to Darylyn and the rest of the staff on an amazing job. If I were able to rate them with 10 stars, I would easily do so. By far, the best cigar retailer that I have ever been to.

My local smoke shop was closed due to the snow today. So I figured it was a sign to stop by The Cigar Republic. Truly impressed with the selection and staff knowledge, extremely friendly and accommodating. Even a gentleman playing guitar at the front door! This will be my go to place and I highly recommend them! Thanks for the cool cigar box too! It's the little things that matter so much in this world.
