They sell setups of hookahs with missing parts. Mines cost $150 and it came without a downstem. Can’t be selling products when you don’t know what parts go with them, it’s 2026 come on man.

Upon arrival I was greeted with such exceptional service and made me feel like family. They have everything you can think of from the best clothing appears to the best hippie medicine😂. Definitely recommend this place they have great pricing on everything.

Very disappointing experience. The woman working there was extremely rude and unpleasant. I have purchased from this shop before and was never asked for ID during my previous visit. This time I was asked for ID, yet the customer before me was not. My ID was in the car and I could have easily gone to get it, but the employee’s attitude from the start was so hostile that the entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When I asked who the owner of the shop was, she claimed she was the owner. I then asked for a phone number to contact management and was told she didn’t know it and that I should “Google it,” which I found very unprofessional. Being the owner you should know if no? Customer service should never be handled this way. I will be looking into who the actual owner is to report this experience. Based on other reviews and this interaction, it seems customer service is not a priority here. And she doesn’t seem to like her job very much!
