Just left the store very upset. I bought a new glass bong from their VERY limited selected and was surprised when there didn’t have any bubble wrap or paper to protect it. Nonetheless, I left and not only 5 mins later, the bong broke in the bag. Yes, it’s fragile but should not be breaking that quickly after just leaving. I returned and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, who called her boss & the only thing they could come up with was a 20% discount on another item. I asked if there was nothing that could be done and the lack of empathy from the lady let me know this would be my last experience here. Forget the money I just spent, what about some customer service? Thinking outside of the box to ensure we reach a solution? No. Nothing. I left the broken product there and stated I no longer even want it as I have no use for it. I went down the street and purchased one from the gas station and THEY even bubble wrapped it for me + placed it in a secure box. Human mistakes happen and I thought I would receive a human response but guess not. Will never shop here again!

The place is always nice clean bright they have what I need there and a decent price. They probably should though inform their clerks a little more about the products they have. I bought like a cigarette machine rolling the roll of cigarettes and the first time I bought it I had like 100 mm cigarettes and I couldn't get the things inside of the hole where you're supposed to put it to have the tobacco go through they cut them bending over I went through like 200 empty filters trying to get them rolled. I finally figured it out myself that I need the Kings which are the smaller ones so they don't bend over but no one ever explained that to me and I told him what time and time again I said this keeps on happening to me and no one said anything. But since I figure it out what cigarette filters I need I haven't had a problem whatsoever. But I had to find out myself and that was a lot of cartons of filters. Anyways that's the one thing I have to say about that other than that like I said it's a great place

Do not buy UVping tobacco flavor Disposable vapes. I spent at least $2000 in the past 6 months and they tasted great. The last 6 vapes I bought taste like burnt popcorn and the wouldn’t give me my money back and I never left the store. They lost me as a customer

Not a very good amount of vapes and some of these vapes are fake so beware you can always tell the fake vapes vs the real ones by the bottom of the vape and certainly they sell fake ones for higher prices buyer beware
