I come here all the time no issues. Today around 8:12am i purchased a geek bar and i tested it in store in front of the cashier. It tasted off so i went to compare it to the old one i had in my car because i get the same flavor everytime, it indeed was off. So i showed her my old one and the new one so she would know that i compared the difference. She would not let me trade it for a different one “because i opened it” smoke shops usually let you swap it out if it’s defective as long as you just bought it and tried it in store. Highly disappointed because she didn’t even try to accommodate me in the slightest way. Now I’m stuck with a $31 pen that tastes horrible…

We asked about a product that I guess was next-door, but we don’t live in the area and were confused and he raised his voice. Absolutely unprofessional and kept talking over us.

Update: After finally getting the vape my boyfriend was overcharged for, I saw it myself — and it was literally broken, with the display damaged. So not only was he charged up to $10 more than what I always pay, but the vape they sold him was defective. Overcharging someone and giving them a broken product is honestly beyond excessive. Original Review: I’ve been going to Smoke Land Smoke & Vape Shop in Enfield, Connecticut for a long time, mainly because their prices always seemed decent and fair. That was the whole reason I chose this shop over others in the area. I buy vapes every single week, so I know the exact prices. I’ve only ever bought them from the older man with glasses, and he’s always charged me the same fair price. Sometimes I send my boyfriend to pick them up only because we have a baby, and it’s not always easy for me to leave the house. But recently, when he went in during the late evening (around 8 PM), a woman was working — and every time she’s there, he’s charged up to $10 more for the exact same vape I always buy. When he comes home telling me the price, I know immediately that something isn’t right because I buy the same thing consistently. It’s caused arguments between us, not because of him, but because the pricing is completely inconsistent. And honestly, the only reason I went to this shop was because of the fair prices. If certain staff are going to overcharge my boyfriend while I get a different price, then what’s the point? That’s a total waste of money. I shouldn’t have to leave my baby just to make sure I’m not being overcharged. Because of this, I’m done shopping here. I strongly recommend that other people shop elsewhere. Northern Lights is right down the road, Smoke & Munch next to Dairy Queen is also less than a mile away, and there are several other smoke shops nearby. If you’re going to go to a smoke shop, you’re better off going to one of those instead.

They should have a different guy up front. Tried to explain the vape I bought brand new was horrible tasting and he kept arguing with me instead of maybe taking a second a checking the vape out. Also always charge me different prices for the same vape. Seems like he doesn’t like his job

Never coming back here again. Scammers. Young woman working Sunday Sept.7 @ 3:10 pm 2025… SCAMMER. Purposely charged me more for an item.. called her out about it, and she lied. I asked for her name she replies “Why?” … Never coming here again. Lost a customer. BUYER BEWARE!
