My favorite vape shop. I’m from MA so I come for flavored vapes and they always have a great selection of juices in different percentages, devices, flavors of disposables, and brand of disposables. They also have a good stock of puffco devices, with some of the more recent color variations! The staff is always incredibly knowledgeable and will help me educate me with any questions I ask as long as they have the answer (which they usually do.) Of course their flavors of 0mg and 1.8mg are limited, but otherwise they’re usually stocked with everything else! Absolutely love this place :)

Best out of the 4 on that strip by a long shot. . Next best one is grapevine in granby ct. Always fresh stock. 4 years of smoke zone and only didn’t have the brand / flavors I wanted handful of times. Great employees even the new ones somehow are always on point ? The big kahuna is voltage vapes- notice the roof lmlights the 8 employees working there on any given day/… cyber truck out- fancy shit… wonder why ? Cuz they over priced. Cook ppl there - but don’t waste your time! I went there for 8 months before I found this place ⬆️ !!! You won’t regret it

I have been a regular customer for years. I go every 1-2 weeks. Never really had a problem. I've been pleased with most customer service until today. 2 days ago I was talked into switching from the geek bar pulse to the adjust. I woke up this morning and it doesn't work. I have my receipt and all original wrapping and they're not even willing to consider they sold a bad vape, because I pulled out of the parking lot with it there is nothing they're willing to do. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Buyer beware!! Be SURE what you're walking out with is exactly what you asked for! I've been going here religiously for almost 4 years. Last Saturday I asked for the same exact thing I always do. 1 Farley Gnarley & 2 Drooly's. Well the girl must have accidentally grabbed 2 Laffy's and I can see why because the colors are similar on the labels. I finally reached in my bag to start another one and it was Laffy. I've tried it before and the flavor makes me sick. I went to exchange UN-OPENED bottles for the right ones and was told no. I could completely understand if I did something wrong but I didn't. I could understand if they were open but they weren't. To have to drive all the way back was bad enough. Look up my past purchases....they would see EVERY SINGLE ONE is the exact same. I'll be going somewhere else. It sucks but I really don't have time to both attempt to rectify and apparently also pay for someone else's mistake.
