Most people don’t leave reviews until something goes wrong. I bought a vape like I do since they opened in Hamden every week Neo $28 the owner knows me and has always been great. The Neo I got this week worked for a day and then it won’t let me get anything out of it. Now as a good business owner as I am I would return it. It’s full it just opened and he won’t because it’s not his policy. I go there every week just like my husband. Lesson learned customers happiness doesn’t matter. Yes it’s a product you sell and not make but you lost 2 loyal customers today. It may be only $60 a week between the both of us but it’s more than that. Loyalty doesn’t matter! I’ll go where it’s cheapest on state street from now on. Brand new 2 days old and I have to ditch it.

The owner is so friendly and his selection is really great! I roll my own cigarettes and he has the loose tobacco I love for a fair price. His selection of papers is really good, too. Was just visiting in town for a few months but I’m sure to be back if I ever find myself in Hamden again! Lots of love! Love the vibes!

This place has a great selection and you cannot beat the prices!! They have a new line of incense that actually smells like the scent described, it's so good!!! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I live closer to a different vape shop, but I choose to come here every time!

They have a massive inventory and great customer service , Charlie the guy who attended me was very knowledgeable and asked every question I asked about ,this is the 2nd puff city location I’ve been to and there both great and have high quality items highly recommend

This place charges surcharges to debit cards which is illegal btw. “Its extra for card” is WIILD. Surcharges are only legal for credit cards. “Well we run it under credit” ; bottom line, if ur using a debit card at this place and its more than the listed price plus tax, this is illegal. Business will do this to cover the influx of prices when ordering their own merchandise. Covering those prices is their responsibility and absolutely not the consumers. You pay for what u pay for and they pay for what they pay for. Period. Thats how businesses should run. If its one price with cash, it should be that same price with a debit. Digital cash = physical cash. UNLESS its credit. I used to LOVE this shop and the owner. We were on a name to name basis. I will never come here again and if i do, i will make them remove the surcharge and if they claim they cant, i will be leaving and not purchasing anything. Im incredibly disappointed with the family that owns this place. (Their other location in Wallingford does this as well.)
