I have to say that the owner of this store is AMAZING!! Customer service is his #1 priority! Everytime I go there he's there helpful pleasent. 5⭐ is not enough.. I saw a review that "Smoke World" is not what it should be called. THAT IS WRONG! They have almost everything u need in a "SMOKE SHOP". No "Smoke Shop" has "EVERYTHING" If there is something u need all u need to do is let the owner know and he would gladly make sure it's available for your next visit. Was looking for a hookah and everything that goes with it, as a gift for someone. I went to 3 other places in the area and none had the selection that this place has. I didn’t know anything about these things or even what I needed, but the friendly knowledgeable guy behind the counter walked me through and helped me select the perfect gift. Highly recommend for novice and experts a like. If I ever take up smoking, I’d definitely go back!

I went there and bought three items spent $121 although somehow I was told I was gonna get a deal, I don’t See where the deal was! I didn’t think I needed to check the expiration date so I consume the product and when nothing happens, I decided to look at the box and on the box of all the products that I bought it was all expired. I went back the next day and they weren’t very helpful and trying to remedy this issue. They gave me back my money for the unopened package of the expired product, but didn’t offer me anything to compensate me for buying an expired product that did not work. I’m a very loyal customer when it comes to products that I like and it’s very unfortunate that this was handled so unprofessionally I would not recommend this place of business to anyone as I will not Not ever return! Who wants to pay that much money for products that doesn’t work and people that don’t want to make the situation better.

Went in twice to ask if they had any 8ths or lives, both times the guy at the register said no. I was only recommended this place because my brother goes here sometimes, doing so earlier today. This was right after he sold something somebody else too.
