Very poor customer service. Employees were repetitive in asking if it was my first time visiting rather than providing a great first impression. Owner was hesitant to answer questions almost as if he saw a ghost and short with his words before I decided to leave. I was aware it was not a dispensary, by the way. Distasteful experience.

This is probably my favorite vape shop in Hartford. They are very friendly and helpful and try to anticipate the needs of the community keeping in-stock items that clients ask about.

It's 735 qn place wasn't open .horrible people don't even follow through what's online walked 30 minutes. Highly upset

Awesome place, friendly and helpful staff as well as reasonable selections with shown appreciation for their customer!

Great selection, helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of options and great prices. Tuesday and Thursday deals as well!!!
