Wide selection, but the 1 star comes from their habit of keeping pennies when paying in cash. More than once when paying, they shorted my return change. Either sneaky or incompetent. I'll let the consumers decide. Edit: returned 6 weeks later, shorted me by .20 cents, again. $5 - $2.20 = $2.80, not $2.60. Always double check your physical change with this location.

Initially, I was impressed w the cigar selection and walk-in humidor along w my first few purchases. Since then, the sticks have been hard, and my last 2 visits, they split on me. Very poor humidification. They just may not know how to keep CIGARS properly.

If I could give NO Stars I would! Prices are rediculous & 100% gouging!!!! I've been shopping at Sam's for YEARS, since it was a little rinky dinky smoke shop on the other side. I've been buying disposable vapes there for a good 6mo. Well recently they upped their prices DRASTICALLY! The Luckee disposables have ALWAYS been $19.99! Well today they are $26! I asked the guy when they went up and why.. his response was they have ALWAYS been that price & started arguing with me I've been being charged wrong the whole time if I was paying $19.99... NO SIR! I wasn't going to argue with him any further but I am no longer a customer. Smh. PS One of his employees gave me the info where he orders his disposables from so I can just order them myself for the $14.99 like he pays! Don't rip off your loyal customers! Not cool Fren!

Almost every single cigar was hard as a rock. Instead of using the mechanical humidifiers that are in the humidors, they randomly tossed boveda humidity packs in cigar boxes. Every single boveda pack was about as moist as a saltine cracker. One cigar also had what appeared to be mildew on it, but again the humidor was as dry as Death Valley, so who knows what it was. Also extremely over priced.

If this is the place I went to the tobacco I purchased there was so dried out it turned to dust when rolling it edit it was Wednesday at about 8m but it's all good I go to your competition she's got better quality you guys suck👎and it was definitely your store
