My experience in this store was great everytime I come in , Jes is always nice and has great attitude everytime

I purchased a vape and it was a new brand recommended by the kid working. I was hesitant at first but I found that geek bars are very reliable but he recommended I try a new one and when I left the area after about an hour it stopped working so I called and he told me he was sorry and to come back in and he would take care of it. Let him know that I couldn't make it in that night but I can tomorrow and he said absolutely. Now this is customer service and is huge knowing that is something is wrong even if it's not their fault they will take it back. Nice work guys
