Whoever the morning clerk is as of writing this — this person clearly couldn't do simple math and tell the age of 21 on a legitimate license, refusing to speak to any supervisor or take any further common sense to escalate it to anybody who'd be more properly suited to check and do business with. I turned 21 as of last year, and this person without looking at it past a few glances and off some superstition continued to ramble about 'coming back another year.' Absolutely ridiculous. (Edit: They actually rectified and helped out, got what I needed. Sorry for the harsh review, was having a bad day, great store.)

This place is run by scammers. Instead of 6% sales tax it's literally 70%. If you absolutely have to go in there take your receipt because they'll change the price after you leave too. They don't even have a good selection and they're rude so don't waste your time and money.

They have cigars marked with prices on them, when you get the register they decide what price to charge, illegal!! You have a license to sell tobacco in Connecticut have to follow laws here Not rip off the consumer.

Excellent cigar room would have given 5 stars, but there were 3customers on the floor wrestling over a scratch ticket and I had to walk around them to check out.

Sketchy shop, terrible prices. Go somewhere else, there's a place 2 min down the road that's way nicer
