Fantastic cigar selection — honestly one of the best around. The owner (I believe he’s the owner) is extremely nice and always welcoming. He’s happy to chat, answer questions, and talk cigars or anything else you might be into. On top of that, the prices are absolutely fantastic — easily some of the best cigar prices I’ve seen. The shop has everything you’d expect from a smoke shop, but the cigar selection and pricing are why I keep coming back. Grateful to have a place like this nearby and highly recommend it to any cigar smoker.

Honestly, one of the chillest spots in New Britain. Aside from their massive selection of smoking essentials, their staff are welcoming and super friendly especially with regulars! Living only a few houses down the street, I make a daily appearance to say hi to their shop kitties as well :)

Came in to ask if they had any carts and was told no, with a shipment coming in 3 weeks, which I never heard of. I gave them a call about an hour later, and instead was told that they don’t sell anything period. I told the woman that I had bought a MAD just a few weeks ago, which the lady then just hung up on me. I don’t what it is, but I’ve never had a problem with any of the other cashiers besides her, who constantly tells me they’re “out of stock.” It wasn’t as if she even asked for my ID, I was just told no. Even several reviews on here say they sell carts. I’m so sick of wasting my time to come here just to get told they don’t have stuff, when I know they do, since I have several friends who come here more than I do. Again, never seem to have an issue with anyone else except with the woman who was working this day (who also seems to work most nights, too, making it all the more annoying). All I know is that I’m not going to bother coming back here and will stick to the smoke shop on Sedgwick and dispensaries.

I was looking for a Geek Bar and searched for a smoke shop nearby, then I saw “mile Smoke Shop” with a review saying “defective source,” meaning the person thought the product or info came from a bad or unreliable place. So I had to check it out myself — I went in to see if they had Geek Bars, and they actually did have a few left. An older guy was working behind the counter, and he was super nice. I bought a Geek Bar, and he even offered to open it so I could test it and make sure it worked fine. I tried it, and it turned out perfect. Big shoutout to the guy working there — and to the person who said “defective source,” maybe check your reviews before posting because I saw you leaving bad ones everywhere without any real reason. I just wanted to say I found my perfect smoke shop — great selection, great service, and real people who care.

It was my first time visiting Mile Smoke Shop, and I had a great experience! I bought a Geek Bar, and they even let me open it to make sure it worked — which is awesome because not many places do that. Shoutout to the lady and the man working there — their customer service was amazing, and they really knew their stuff. Plus, they’ve got some great deals too!
