My visit today was a complete success. I went in to replace a long loved rig that broke, and got a great new toy at a great price. But, the best part of this shop is always the customer service. Whether you are looking for guidance and an interactive visit , or prefer to shop on your own, that's what they offer. And, the owner is very cool, professional and intelligent, yet super nice. Devon and all the staff that I have ever met are awesome! They're very personable and take the time to get to know their customers and their needs. If you're looking for a certain brand, if they don't have it, they will get it if it's available to them. Only smoke shop that I patronize.

Entire staff from cashiers to management are excellent from guy with curly hair to the guy with glasses and buzz cut. And even there other locations in Waterbury many smokes shops will have expired or burnt products smoke/cigar palace never had a incident with bad product very informative and sweet people

Do not buy cigars here!!! I stopped by to get a box of Acid’s from drew estate. I usually order by mail, but ran out. I was assured that they were fresh, but upon opening i realized that they crack. I was told I will not get another product or refund because I opened the box. By far the worst experience I have had in a long time. If you’re an avid cigar smoker, who knows what a fresh cigar taste’s like, I strongly suggest you avoid this place!

This place is the best, Devon should give lessons on customer services for business like this one. Devon, because of you, I will always be a returning customer.
