I can't believe how good smokshop are. I've been a customer since they opened, they are SO helpful, SO prompt, SO reliable. I always get discounts and presents from a lady at the store. Recommend 100% and will never go anywhere else.

Great smoke shop! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have a good selection, the prices are reasonable, and the shop is clean and well-organized. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking this great place located in Great America!

The store is loaded with so much products I can’t even pick one cause they’re all so good! Thank you Peter for giving me a great experience at this shop, definitely will be seeing me again haha

Been shopping here for a bit and i in my opinion say this is hands down one of the best smoke shops in New London! I always find what im looking for and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Best prices on vapes as well.

So I went in to get cigs before they first had their grand opening. I enjoyed the way the store looked and the guy who was there was mad chill. I work at AT&T so I go there often. As of lately I’ve went and go some cigs and some smoke for friends and the customer service from the same guy but even the females (idk yall name) was amazing. This girl talked me through the diff flavors of like a 3 in 1 disposable. And all that. I even got a deal on Black Friday when that came up. Now I am a member earning rewards. I only smoke cigs but will personally bring business there just cuz of the vibe and energy of the store, the great customer service and the quality of products they have to offer, thanks guys!
