Good selection, good prices. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. I called ahead and Chloe already had specific items pulled for me to browse when I arrived. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to start or add to their CBD products.

Ryan was fantastic and very knowledgeable on his products. I WILL definitely be coming back here again!!

***BUYER BEWARE*** Paid $100 for a tincture in error, called and asked for a refund an hour later—the answer was no. Ask about their refund policy before you buy. *EDIT The staff at this location is quite engaging and although noting that there's signage regarding the return policy at checkout, for this review, when purchases are a significant price, and noticed within an hour, flexibility should be considered. In my case, the product was a duplicate purchase, a lack of communication at home. This item was no longer needed. Being out a combined $200 burns, especially in this economy. Over-looking the return policy is our error but we had no intention to return our purchase. This was an unfortunate way to find out. This store is my go to and over 30 miles from home. The staff is knowledgeable and although there are a plethora of other choices, I rely on their quality sales and service. Flexibility regarding their policy regarding expensive items, may cost you more in a loss then how it affects them. I HIGHLY recommend Artisan Vapor & CBD Newington, but DEFINITELY note their return policy—hence my one star review. 😉👌

I visited for the second time today, and once again, I had a great experience. Ryan was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. His knowledge and friendly attitude made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service!
