Be careful when buying vapes. I bought one and it keeps firing after taking a hit so it gets hot and to believe it’s 25$ is crazy. I Never had that happen before anywhere else. He Offered 10% off the next one, but what’s tht 2 bucks🤦‍♂️. Always Test a few times before leaving the building!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ve been to this store countless times, always overlooking the rudeness of the employees—but not anymore. The store itself is great, but the staff consistently degrade the experience. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Love going to this spot. Customer service is great. Friendly. They got 2 employees i love to come and see all the time, they know exactly what I need. Always a smile on they face when they see me, its great and inviting. If one isn't there , the other one is. They are both my go to's when I'm there. I only go when they are there. They always got what I need. 😁😁

I normally come here but seems like the service and their product is not good at all . I bought a pen and it was half way .. I never realized until I got home . I went the next day to speak to them and the young lady who looks too young to even work there wants to tell me I waited too long ! Said I should have checked the product inside the store . Makes no sense how ridiculous and manipulative that is . In the past they sold me stuff that didn’t work and I brought it back and it was exchange due to the fact the sold me a none working product . They know they are selling used products so please people be careful because they just want to take your money .
