A little annoyed they advertise closing hours on Google and on there stores door yet close early all the time. Currently 5:12pm on a Tuesday and already closed. Closing hours are 6pm. There is no other vape stores around for another like 5 towns that carry the products im looking for. If you close atva certain time then close at that time not an hour before.

Nice clean shop not sketchy like some. Knowledgeable staff. Great flavor selection. Good prices. I recommend taking the trip even if just to speak to the staff and check out the juice selection.

April the owner, and James are so great. Not many shops have staff that are so willing to spend their time with you. James builds people's coils all the time. Just to be helpful. Most other shops have staff that tell you to use YouTube. If you're ever in the Old Saybrook area, go visit. Great space to hang out and vape.

The vape bar is always sticky, and though there has been some improvement, I feel less people are using it, and not improvement of cleaning practices. I've never found a juice I craved here. Most important to me though, is customer support, and when I call and ask if they can get parts or juices, they've never, ever called me back to say 'yes' or 'no'. They always say it's noted and they'll call back, which really ads insult to the situation. The only reason this isn't a 2-star review is because the staff give knowledgeable and candid responses and are helpful when you're standing in front of them.

After several years of frequenting this shop I found out yesterday they no longer have the equipment to sample flavors. Having been less-than-successful on many occasions buying juice by description alone (and ultimately throwing them out) I think I need to move on, or at least expand my field of suppliers.
