Customer service is less to be desired for. Came here for help looking for some goods & the guy working behind the counter left me to open a case for another woman mid helping me. Then I had to deal with her getting all up in my face. Help the first customer you get. Don’t just leave the customer hanging if you have to attend to something else…communicate. Period.

This smoke shop has one of the best cigar selections around! They carry a wide range of premium brands and everything is well stocked.

Tom is the best service provider you guys have. Always friendly and great conversationalist. The only thing that bugged me is that the store doesn’t always open on time. Not the time the website says at least. It says the store opens @8. The store is still not open, which now sets my day a bit back again. Usually I’m ok with it, but it’s actually an inconvenience and frankly a bit annoying when things are not as advertised to the public. I can see online it’s supposed to be open, but I’ve been waiting. So I thought I’d just pop this here so you can can get this issue sorted. I’m sure I’m not the only one that is affected by it.
