I never even got into the store. Online says it opens at 9 AM. I’m posting this review at 9:25 lights are all off 3 of us waiting out front. I tried calling the phone number listed and it says Verizon cannot complete the call. I guess I would describe the shop as unreliable. Heading to another shop now

Nifty smokeshop with a wide variety of vape juice, cigars, cigarette rolling supplies. Leave a review on Google Reviews and get 20% off your purchase.

I'm not sure why people are saying this place is great? The guy at the counter didn't understand a single word I was saying and had no idea what was going on

The woman working this morning is beyond rude. I recently has surgery and was going to the nail salon next door. I parked in a spot bordering the two businesses. She came running outside and demanded I move my car. She stated that the parking in front was ONLY for patrons of the cigar n vape store. She said I needed to park further and walk. Please note- there are NO signs saying parking only for the smoke shop. I would never give someone so rude my business. It's a private lot for multiple businesses. An older woman in a back brace came into the nail salon as I was leaving and shared a similar incident. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great customer service! They answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable when explaining some products. Some other shops don’t really take their time to answer customer’s questions. Definitely will be back.
