I tried to add a second post unfortunately that's not an option so I will update my review. I read a negative review about an employee and either that person hasn't worked there in over a year or the person who posted was trying to trash this place bc I get unreal old style service. Everytime I go in there I get a welcome like I'm family. or the #1 customer. I go in just about every night and the owner has my selections set aside for me. I purchased a back pack and over the shoulder bag which were quite expensive and received an unexpected discount. there is a new employee who is just as friendly. this place is spotless ( literally not a fingerprint on the glass) and always adding new merchandise. it's decorated for holidays and very welcoming. I never have to wait for service they are right up at the counter the second I walk in. this kind of service is just so rare these days so I wrote this review bc they deserve it and u deserve to be treated properly with manners again.

Went to pick up a U-Haul rental here and they never left the key out so I had to change locations last minute as they were not open and the after hours manager wasn’t answering.

Awesome things to look at and purchase great deals. Great customer service definitely coming back.

This vape store has been amazing! It’s been so hard to find the specific vape I will use. Syed tried so hard and when he got them he called me immediately. Truly great service!

One of the best shops in town! Great collection of leather goods, and even unique gift items. Prices are reasonable, and the shop stays open late which is super convenient. The staff are super friendly and Syed helped me find exactly what I needed without wasting time. Highly recommend this place if you're in Southington!
