Sold me a broken vape and when I came back literally an hour later with the vape at 99% and proved it wasn’t doing anything but burning inside, employee said he couldn’t even give me a new one or refund. Any other smoke shop I’ve gone to would have given another vape especially when the employee recognized me. Terrible customer service actually, go anywhere else.

Love this place they always hook me up, got a good energy drink selection in the fridge and a good Cali vape selection

White guy with the long shoulder length hair wears glasses made me uncomfortable everytime I go in to purchase my daily vape he tries to flirt and is extremely weird one day I went in with my husband and he was really rude to us both and tried to charge us more than usual price for a vape . Won’t be getting my money here anymore customer service is terrible 😣

Came in to buy & saw they had an offer of buy 3 for 25. Well then I said "sounds like a good offer" so I took advantage of it & obviously I wasn't going to test all three, I just opened one & it worked for a bit but they failed & didn't seem to work so I opened the others & they didn't work at all. So I wasted my money on product that was no good! Came in too see if I can exchange it but they were no help! So just be aware of the product they have in stores because they will not give you a refund or exchange!
