Nice staff. Close by and open late 😊 have a large glass bong selection and vape. Bowls are bit slim pickings..

If you're trying to get you're tabbaco..be shure to go before 7:30..this is the third time I've gone to find the store closed...I guess the girl who works evenings leaves to get her dinner and closes the store...not a good look....tell "princess" to bring a meal,or have it delivered..drive across town for the store to be closed....WHO... does this..o thats right "princess" does....WONT BE BACK...

The store itself and the products are great. I have no complaints. Customer service is kinda 🤷‍♀️. It kind of seems like the girl working there could care less if customers are in the store or not. I keep coming back because they always have what I need in stock. However, it really would be nice to be acknowledged by the one employee there during my trip. Side note (and not a reflection of this particular store, but of the company.) I’m left puzzled by the closure of the Moe’s 2 store, next door to the nail salon. One day the doors were open and the power was on, and the next day everything was locked up with no 'closed' sign or any communication. It would have been helpful if a notice of closure had been posted with directions to the original Moe’s location. Without any notice, it’s easy to assume the store is temporarily closed, leading customers to return again without realizing it was no longer in business. The entire situation was poorly managed and could have been handled with more consideration for customers.

Something feels off about this place. I’ve personally witnessed them selling marijuana. It seems like they selectively offer CBD to some customers while giving others actual THC products behind the counter. Since Mo left and passed things off to his so-called uncle (or whoever that guy is), the customer service has really gone downhill. He’ll literally speak to you with his mouth wide open, full of food. It’s just unprofessional and honestly kind of gross. It was a decent smoke shop, but there are definitely better options nearby with more transparency, better pricing, and staff who understand the purpose of a break room.

If you looking for cigars do not come here. Cigars are at least $3-$4 more then they supposed to be and I bought one for $9.99 and when she rang it up it was magically $10.40 plus 8.125% tax which came up to $11.25 and when I asked why the price bumped up to $10.40 before tax on a cigar that had a $9.99 sticker on it she couldn’t explain. Not blaming her I know it’s not her fault and she was nice but I got ripped off and was not happy.
