Maggie did my naval piercing today and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish, and her personality is everything so warm and easy to talk to. She really made the whole process feel smooth and actually enjoyable. I would recommend her a thousand times over and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Stunning service!! Got my snake bites pierced today and everything was so easy! The kindest (and very honest) staff members assisted us today and was such a pleasure to get my first ever piercings by this piercer. 😁🐍

Kinda rude but decent selection. Don't ask them if they can get products they don't carry seemed to get annoyed I asked about papers and a vape they don't carry.

My daughter & I went in for piercings. We walked in (after calling a few days prior & being told an appointment was not necessary) When we got there the apprentice spoke to me kind of… rude for lack of a better way. I told her what we were looking for and she asked my daughters age (understandably) & kind of snipped back as if she were annoyed, that I’d need her school ID, to which I replied I had it & then she did the same thing saying I’d need her birth certificate… to which again I replied I had. (You could tell but the way she spoke to me she was expecting the conversation to be over with and me to leave because she didn’t expect me to have what I needed, however I had verified a few days prior what I’d need when I initially called)… after I verified with her that we had everything needed suddenly she says they wouldn’t have time because she was going on lunch in 5 minutes… not for nothing maybe start with that? 🙄 She told me we could come back… I was calm when speaking to her, I didn’t raise my voice or get mad. I told her that honestly if we leave we wouldn’t be back. I’d go elsewhere because I wasn’t wanting to wait when I had previously verified if I’d need an appointment & was told no. Not even because of the apprentice being kind of rude but because we were wanting them done quickly as we had plans afterwards. So nothing against the shop. While talking to her, another woman comes out who I learn is actually the piercer (Maggie!) & that’s when I learn the other young lady is an apprentice. I explain to her what was going on and that if we leave we likely would not come back because honestly I was too lazy to do all that… like if it didn’t get done I’d probably just ignore getting mine done (totally not their problem!) but I would end up just going elsewhere for my daughter. She seemed to understand and explained that she had time for one piercing and I told her to please do my daughters that I didn’t care as much about getting mine done. As we began picking out her jewelry and everything Maggie tells me that her next appointment actually canceled and she now has time for both of us if I was interested still. My daughter was very happy because she had gone into it expecting us to each get a piercing. Anyways with all that being said, I’m grateful it was Maggie who did the piercings instead of the apprentice. Just based on the way she spoke to me I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with her doing it & I was grateful Maggie was there. I get everyone has to start somewhere, but she (the apprentice) really needs to work on her communication & customer service skills. All in all, WONDERFUL experience once Maggie took over. Would definitely get pierced from her again!

Came in the other day for help to change my piercing jewelry and the piercer Maggie had an attitude and just kept talking over me the entire time. She was extremely rude and snobby, I would never come back here while she's still working there.
