The woman working there is SO sweet, anyone saying otherwise is probably the problem. She gave me a GREAT deal and knew what she was talking about when she answered any questions I had. She also made it a point to make sure I got everything I needed, even recommended some items to go with my purchase.

The worker was very rude. She was working on Saturday Jan 3rd around noon. She gave me immediate attitude because she assumed I was underage. Told me to leave her store without even looking at my id. Was talking to her friend and took hella long to communicate to me. I’m a new smoker and she kept interrupting me saying “you don’t even know what you want”. She said like 6 times and continued being aggressive and rude until I showed her my id, which she refused to look at initially. Bad behavior, business, and attitude. Fire her!

The owner is very shady, he talks very bad about all his competitors in Waterbury and brag that he’s the best. Whatever he sells inside isn’t worth it, always something wrong with it. I won’t be going there anymore, and nor should you.

I’ve been going to Moe for Almost 8 years he’s honestly the best around can’t beat the prices and how he makes you feel like a valued customer it’s the love he shows for his customers that draws people back he started off on highland ave moved to chase ave now he started his own business on Wolcott street in Waterbury CT pop out like I said best around!!
