Absolutely a great shop with a wide selection of vapes and smoking accessories. I bought a vape, I hated the taste of it. It made me want to gag. So I brought it back. The kind employee exchanged it for me, for something else- free of charge. In a day and age where I could’ve been fed the usual line of “well this is used, we can’t return it blah, blah, blah.” They didn’t do that. They treated me right. This type of customer service is rarely found these days and the service I received was above and beyond. Now I am a customer for life!

Pretty good spot - they recommended a good battery that was reliable for me and its been working great still.

I asked my friend to buy me charcoal from this store. After he bought it, it was expensive for me. We went back to the store a few minutes later to get it back and take my money, but the store owner refused to return it to me. Honestly , this is exploitation and disrespect for the customer, and all of this is in order to make some money. You had to You return my money and gain the respect of a customer who will return to you every time to buy from you, but you preferred to earn some dollars rather than win customers. Your treatment is very primitive and exploitative.

My husband has been a Newport smoker for many years and as of a few years ago switched to rolling his own cigarettes. He's constantly trying to find a smoke shop that doesn't sell stale tobacco. He smokes American Club Tobacco Menthol & uses Tops menthol filter tubes and he visted the smoking ape shop today & he's definitely gonna to be a regular. They didn't carry his brands before but they got them in as promised and both items were fresh. Great customer service, clean & very helpful. Thank you for a great 1st time experience.

We have been going here since they opened. Mohammed is the best. Very friendly and helpful. We buy large quantities of tobacco and filters from him ( as we roll our own cigarettes) every month. He always has what we need and if not within a day or two he has it. He has expanded his store into a great place. I will not buy from anywhere else but smoking ape. They carry a wide variety of tobacco products and vapors and juices. If you haven't gone there yet I suggest you do. You won't be disappointed.
