Don't waste your money, this place is a total rip-off. Your accumulated points are never applied when you request them to do so at check out & more than once I received an open bottle of ejuice, pointed it out in the store before leaving the counter & was told "too bad". This would be why their other store on Wolcott Street went under, the prices are absolutely stupid & no DIY supplies or even basic atty parts like grub screws/seals were sold. Last time I was there it was $40/60ml "mid" bottle, costs about 1/4 of that online & even less when I make my own. I'm aware that there's overhead but that's just gouging along with downright rude employees. Back when sampling was allowed (it was 0mg, not like you could take advantage for a free nic fix despite them acting as if this was the case) they'd get all uppity if you took too long to decide....which apparently was more than one puff. Others, they'd let chug on their rda's using sample bottles. Can't blame the customer when half the store branded juice came from china (Matt informed me of this & other deceptive practices so it's not mere speculation). It was odd how there was couches but if you sat on them after a purchase (no matter how large), you were told to leave. TLDR - Don't bother with shops managed by miserable hipsters covered in bad ink who can't show an ounce of respect towards paying customers because they assume one thing or another about you offends their delicate sensibilities. It's a vape shop in the armpit of Waterbury, not an exclusive club in LA so don't be so hostile & pretentious (or charge like it's bottle service). Basic respect goes a LONG way, I never got that here.

Went in looking to upgrade my mod, the lady was wicked nice. Walked me through everything and got me the exact model I needed. Very knowledgeable, plenty of flavors to choose from. 10/10

My visit today was fantastic. I went in looking for some new juice and a coil. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find a flavor I loved within minutes. He also answered all the questions I had about new mods and I will definitely be back! They have a wide selection of juices as well as devices. Not to mention great promotions as well!

Jacob is an awesome professional and made me feel very welcome in his store, they just moved I believe so definitely check them out, great service and a lot of varieties of vape juices and salt nics

Great place. Very helpful for a first timer like my self. Helped set up and explain how to use to get the best vape experience. Really big selection of flavors and equipment. Definitely becoming a regular. Highly recommend. Thanks.
