The Commissioners Cigar Lounge is a special place. Everyone that enters the door is treated with a warm genuine welcome. The cigar inventory is tremendous and the staff are extremely helpful finding you your next amazing cigar experience. You can have a coffee or a cocktail with your cigar and relax among a wonderful group of people that accept and support their fellow cigar enthusiasts!

Excellent Place!! Can't recomend it high enough!! Great atmosphere, great staff ,plenty of cigars and spirits, very nice lounge!! 100% Must Visit!!!

Unbelievable staff and very welcoming to everyone that comes in there. I now visit literally on a daily basis to take off my work boots and slip into some Hey Dudes and spark a new stick for what’s on the daily menu. Great place to come and relax, laugh have fun and meet new people and gain wonderful friendships. I love this place. Great addition to the Town Plot section of Waterbury. I hope it stays here forever.

Visited the Commissioner's lounge for some celebratory drinks and stogies for the husband's 40th. Needless to say, we spent the next 4 hours closing the house with one of the owners, Danny, as his lovely hostess! The atmosphere is modern and sets the mood for a relaxing evening, watching boxing and playing dominoes. Will definitely be back in the future!

The Commissioner's Cigar Lounge is an excellent place to sit down and enjoy a cigar. The lounge is clean, the atmosphere is hospitable, and there's great variety in the cigars available. Felix, one of the owners, is a delightful host. I'm eager to return and bring guests.
