I show up and get treated with so love if your regular here you know, they know what you want and that’s what I appreciate a business that recognizes their customers and understand their needs without having to say much it’s always a smooth transaction and if you open your mouth, they work with you!!! not always my first choice, but it’s never my last I’ll be honest via the onewheel guy 🦑

The always have a good selection, but not always open when you need. Still better than most shops in New Haven.

Edit: Lowering my rating..It’s a ok place, when IT OPENS ON TIME. Open when you SAY you’re open! Can’t call ahead to see either. No number. Alot of ppl Don’t have the ability or time to go back multiple times, just to see if they finally open! Punctuality is important-you miss out on so much money, and it’s Really horrible business practice to NEVER open at your designated time! Change your times if you can’t make it in by 9. WASTING PPL TIME AND MONEY is NOT a good way to keep customers!! and I see other ppl complaining about the same thing!

Their prices are good, but they shamelessly sell expired products. I found an expired hookah flavor and the employee acted like taking it off from the shelf. I went in back after couple of days and its back on the shelf. This time it’s a different employee, upon questioning, she said if I want I can buy expired product or just ignore it. Selling expired products is a crime and these products are something people directly inhale, which makes it more dangerous. Stop being cheeky and reckless with customers health

I went there yesterday 08/14/2024 when I got off of work the young lady in there was very nice only thing I'm kind of upset about The vape pen I bought didn't work when I got all the way home it won't come on. So I'm going to bring it back and see if they could tell me anything or replace it.. and one more thing they need a number I have things to do yesterday so I couldn't go back and you can't call because they have no number to call I just hope she's there today and remembers me because she didn't give me a receipt she told me only cash there
