Great big open area. Lots of choices. Great staff! Great variety. Open late. The manager Nat is cool and down to earth. And they have fricken CBD munchies!!!!!

the second time I buy a vape and it is defective. today I went to them and told them about the problem and no one replaced the product for me. Also, no one in the store told me that I should open it and see if it is normal. this happened not only to me and not for the first time. all other stores that sell these products know that they are can be defective and simply replace. but excluding this store. also, if you come across a white-haired seller, know that she will not inform you that the product must be opened and looked at in the store!!!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews unless a company is exceptional or awful, but sadly, this place falls into the latter category. Their products are either fake or defective, and they take no responsibility for it. Despite giving them multiple chances and even buying more items while overlooking previous faulty ones, I was continually disappointed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—you're better off going to a local gas station or finding a better smoke shop.

None of the items work after you buy them and the staff won’t let you have a refund. The guy I dealt with kicked us out of the store when we just tried to buy a new one after accepting we couldn’t get a refund. I would never walk into the store again for as long as I live it is the epitome of cheep and sleezy
