Don’t shop here - bad business. Today it snowed. When I arrived I was was not welcomed, I was forced to wait on the clerk to finish sweeping the walk entrance before I entered the building, in the cold. Upon entrance the clerk did tell me the price of everything and I noticed everything was old stoke - years old products. After I reluctantly purchased an Escobar, I was told to open it and try to make sure it works. Being a new flavor I wasn’t sure how it was supposed to taste, so I edited the building and continued on in a hurry. 1,2 puffs later I realized this is a dud, and maybe I can just exchange it. It was only 2 mins, and no of course… nothing can be done to exchange the product… waste of $22 bucks. I should have known better than to walk into a place like this. Shame on me.

Had the door shut in my face and locked at 2:40 PM on a Sunday (Business hours state open til 8 PM) with no explanation or apology. Another customer exiting had to inform me they were "closed to do inventory."

Horrible customer service. They have sold us some crappy thca bud that would not light. We had called them up and his wife was being a rude the whole time, so we go inside and right off the rip mike gets up in our faces saying we was being disrespectful. Long story short he got his jaw knocked loose. Would not recommend at all. They don't stand behind they're product and they don't care about ripping you off

I def do not recommend this rip off place. The thc cartridges I bought there leaked and I just let it go since I did not find out until hours after leaving the store. Yesterday I bought a cart and opened it within 5 minutes of leaving and it was only half full and was leaking badly. I immediately went back in to the store to get a replacement. Why would anyone spend $25 on a half full leaking cart and not be compensated. I did not come back in going off or super angry because I thought that I would be compensated. I was then told by Mike that I tampered with it and that there is a sign by the register that states open product in the store. Well if I mentioned to the sales girl that I had bought previous carts that leaked maybe she should mentioned opening it first because with all the other things on the counter I never noticed the sign which is on the other end of the register. Mike was extremely rude and told me to leave the store. He had an attitude about it before I even got my words out. I told him they should stand behind the product. I understand that they don't make it there but they should stand behind what they sell and not accuse people of actually leaving and altering the product. The store was closing and I expressed the fact that I do not currently have a vehicle and had to walk back across the highway to resolve the issue.. Mike proceeded to insult me to say "Well I have money and I have a car" Wow to me he is a horrible business owner. This place is a joke and reading the other reviews I see I am not the only one that has been ripped off and insulted. Never have I ever bought faulty product and accused of tampering with it and not compensated and to me that alone is bad business. I will be contacting the BBB just because of the way he treated me and am assuming he gets away with that. Terrible!!!
